    Data provided by the user

    The optional and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Company and the filling of forms and their subsequent submission entail the processing of contact data of the sender and all data contained in the message, which are essential in order for the Controller to reply.

  9. DATA TRANSFER IN U.S. FROM OTHER COUNTRIES

    If you are in a country outside the U.S., you must be aware that your access and use of this website means you agree that it necessarily involves your data are processed in other places than your country, i.e. in U.S. and other countries where any provider, subcontracted by us at the purpose of the website services operations, is established.

    Thus, any transfer of your data, as necessary for providing you with the service you request on the web site such as: surfing the web pages, access an hyperlink, fill in an online form, it is necessary for the performance of the agreement between you as data subject and us as controller.

    With regards to the “Privacy Shield” we are aware that:

    • the European Court of Justice on 16th July declared it invalid and

    • consequently, the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner on 8 th September 2020 removed the United States from its list of countries considered as providing "adequate level of data protection" with reference to the Swiss-US Privacy Shield and

    • the US Department of Commerce on 17th July 2020 issued an advisory note informing us “...The US Department of Commerce will continue to administer the Privacy Shield program, including processing submissions for self-certification and re-certification to the Privacy Shield Frameworks and maintaining the Privacy Shield List….”

    In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Women Management Inc. commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information.     • The Women Management Inc. is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

    • Under certain conditions, there is a possibility for the individual to invoke binding arbitration

    • The Society Model Management Inc. may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements

    Notice of any changes to this privacy notice will be made through a notice that the privacy notice has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify users through a notice on the Website home page.
