Her Product Pick: “My favorite Brazilian-made beauty product is soap fromGranado. They make soaps using coconut, citronella and other native Brazilian ingredients. It’s amazing!”

Her Favorite Spot to Break a Sweat: “When I’m in São Paolo, I love to workout at Bodytech Iguatemi gym. In Rio, I love to play volleyball on Impanema or Copacabana [beach]. Brazilians love nature—we love to be outdoors and active, dancing, enjoying life—and both places are great for that. The people-watching is like nothing you’ve ever seen.”

Her Ultimate Beauty Destination: “I love the spa at the Hotel Emiliano. My favorite treatment there is called the Aromatic Mix Massage and it’s a combination of traditional Swedish massage, detox treatment, and shiatsu with essential oils. It’s the best!”

Her Best-Kept Brazilian Beauty Secret: “The one secret every Brazilian woman knows is that you don’t share your beauty secret! Actually, we all know not to go crazy with powder, as it can get caked up when it’s hot. We just accept the summer glow and carry blotting papers, but if you’re going to use powder, [apply] very little on the forehead, around the nose, and chin.”

Her Top Beauty Tip: “The best beauty tip I’ve learned was from my mother who always made sure my sister and brother and I had our skin protected with sunscreen.”

Her Foodie Favorite: “This is going to sound kind of crazy, but I think every visitor or athlete in Brazil should try açai. It’s a superfood berry that practically everyone uses to make fruit bowls and smoothies. Every little food stand in Brazil uses açai for breakfast smoothies [mixed] with bananas and grains. It’s delicious, healthy, and the best part is that there is no way you can not find it.”

Her Olympic Dream: “It would be beach volleyball because I love the sport, I love being outside, and I love to win!”

Her Product Pick: “I love everything from Laces and Hair’s salon line. The salon is famous for its organic and natural products and treatments. My favorite product is the serum, it’s rich in vitamins that nourish the hair. Plus, everything is made with natural raw materials.”

Her Favorite Spot to Break a Sweat: “I love to bike or run at the Ibirapuera Park. It is the Central Park of São Paulo. It’s huge and in the middle of the city—perfect for all kinds of sports activities.”

Her Ultimate Beauty Destination: “The largest and best aesthetic clinic in Brazil was founded by nutrologist Cristiane Coelho and is the go-to place for many Brazilian models, especially during the summer fashion week in Brazil. It offers a wide variety of treatments including VelaShape and Accent Ultra. Both [address] cellulite and tone the skin.”

Her Best-Kept Brazilian Beauty Secret: “I think Brazilian women always have a smile on their faces. In my opinion, to be happy with yourself is the greatest beauty secret!”

Her Top Beauty Tip: “Once during a shoot, makeup artist Cris Biato pulled a frozen spoon out of the fridge. She taught me how to relieve the appearance of bags by lightly pressing the spoon under my eyes. It’s pretty amazing.”

Her Foodie Favorite: “You can’t go wrong with the famous picadinho carioca: steak, white rice, beans, farofa, poached egg, and fried banana. My favorite place to have this traditional dish is Gula Gula, a restaurant in Rio de Janeiro.”

Her Olympic Dream: “Volleyball, for sure. I’ve been a fan of the sport since childhood. I practiced volleyball at school and because of my height I thought at some point I would devote myself to being a professional player. Later on, I discovered that I was a terrible player, so I decided to just be a volleyball fan watching all the Brazilian games with my dad!”
